Curiositora Terms of Service

Curiositora is owned and operated by INNOVATOR HUZSAM (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (IHS), a company incorporated in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions apply to our website, app and learning services. By registering, enrolling or purchasing, you accept the Terms presented and your chosen offer.

Your account and learning

Keep account details accurate and your login private. Learners under 18 need parent or guardian permission; individual features may have additional age requirements.

Your offer explains the learning model, subject, format, support, price and access period. Learning options may include Live Classes, self-paced Skill-Path and AI Tutor, as stated in your offer. Class schedules and rescheduling rules are confirmed at booking.

We provide the learning promised in your offer. Progress depends on your participation and practice. Any specific outcome guarantee or external accreditation will be clearly stated.

Your free trial

Skill-Path offers a three-day free trial without a payment card. When the trial ends, you choose whether to continue by selecting a paid plan and paying through a supported option. The free trial itself does not create a charge.

Payments and subscriptions

We show the price, currency, billing period and renewal terms before payment. Once you start a monthly subscription and authorise recurring payment, it renews and is charged automatically each month until you cancel.

You may cancel your plan at any time from Billing by choosing Stop monthly renewal and confirming cancellation, or by emailing info@curiositora.com before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and keeps your plan access available through the end of the current paid monthly billing period. Cancelling does not immediately remove your paid access or delete your learning progress.

We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases, including mid-period cancellation or unused days. Rights required by applicable law remain protected. Our Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains the cancellation process and how to report billing errors.

Digital service delivery

Curiositora provides online learning services; no physical goods are shipped. Paid plan access is activated after payment is verified. If a payment has completed but your access is unavailable, email info@curiositora.com with your payment reference so we can investigate.

Content and learning tools

Course materials are for your personal learning; please do not redistribute or resell them without permission. Your original work remains yours. You allow us to use it for learning, feedback and service support.

Use Curiositora respectfully. We may restrict access for misuse, security issues or unpaid agreed fees. You can ask support for a review.

AI can sometimes give inaccurate feedback; check important answers. Our Privacy Policy explains information, submissions and recordings. Promotional use of identifiable learner content requires separate permission.

Complaints and disputes

For support or a complaint, email info@curiositora.com or call +92 318 6091619. Include your account email, a description of the issue and any relevant payment reference. We aim to respond to and resolve complaints within 7 working hours of receipt. If further investigation is needed, we provide an update within that timeframe explaining the next steps and expected resolution time. You may reply to request a further review if the issue remains unresolved. Our Complaints Handling Policy explains the process and contact options.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of Curiositora are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The competent courts of Pakistan, including any applicable consumer court, have jurisdiction over such disputes. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates and help

We update these Terms when needed and explain important changes. Updates do not automatically change agreed purchases. Rights provided by applicable law remain protected.
