This Policy explains how to raise a support request, billing dispute or complaint about Curiositora, operated by INNOVATOR HUZSAM (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
How to make a complaint
Email info@curiositora.com with the subject Complaint, or call +92 318 6091619. You can also contact us on WhatsApp.
Include your name, account email, a description of the issue, when it occurred, any relevant order or payment reference and the outcome you are seeking. Screenshots can help explain a technical problem. Never send your password, full card number, card security code or one-time verification codes.
How we handle complaints
Our support team reviews your complaint, checks the relevant account, service and payment records, and asks for any additional information needed to investigate. We reply by email with our findings and the proposed solution or next steps.
Response and resolution timeframe
We aim to respond to and resolve complaints within 7 working hours of receipt. If further investigation or coordination with a payment provider is needed, we provide an update within those 7 working hours explaining the next steps and expected resolution time, and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.
If the issue remains unresolved
Reply to the same email conversation and request a further review, explaining why you disagree with the outcome and including any additional information. We review the concern again and explain our decision. This process does not limit your rights under applicable Pakistani law.
Cancellation and billing complaints
You can cancel a monthly plan to stop future recurring charges while keeping access until the current paid period ends. Subscription purchases are non-refundable, subject to rights required by applicable law. See our Refunds and Cancellations Policy for details.
